How We Verify Listings

Most directories show you a number and expect you to trust it. This page says where every figure on this site comes from, how old it is, and what we did not check. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Where the ratings come from

Google

The star rating and review count on each listing come from that business's Google Business Profile. We show the count alongside the rating deliberately: a 5.0 from three reviews is not the same signal as a 4.9 from 264, and a directory that hides the count is hiding the more useful half of the number.

Better Business Bureau

We checked BBB for all 68 listed contractors on August 31, 2026. 20 have a BBB profile, of which 6 are BBB-accredited. Each BBB badge links to the profile it came from and records the date we read it.

A missing BBB badge is not a negative signal. BBB accreditation is a paid membership. Plenty of long-established crews have simply never applied, and several contractors on this site with no BBB profile have excellent Google records. Where a business has no BBB presence we show nothing rather than implying something.

What we check before publishing

• The business is operating. During the BBB pass we found one listing marked "believed to be out of business" and removed it from the site.
• The phone number is the one to call. 68 of 68 listings carry a phone number.
• The website belongs to them. 47 of 68 have a website on file. Many smaller crews run on a Google profile and a phone alone — that is normal in this trade and not a mark against them.
• The service area is real. Listings are matched to cities and counties from their stated coverage and their business address, not guessed from a map radius.
• Anything BBB has flagged. One contractor on this site has an open BBB advertising review; it is recorded in our notes and factored into how we present them.

What we do not do

• We do not sell ranking positions. Paid placement exists, it is labelled "Featured", and it never changes any information shown about a contractor or removes a competitor from a page.
• We do not invent ratings. Every figure was read off the named source on the date shown. Where we could not verify something, it is absent rather than estimated.
• We do not inspect workmanship. We verify that a listing is accurate. We cannot tell you whether a crew will do a good job on your driveway — that is what a free on-site estimate and two-year-old references are for.
• We do not mark up borrowed ratings as our own. Third-party ratings are displayed with attribution, never injected into structured data to manufacture star ratings in search results.

How this site makes money

Featured placement and advertising, paid by contractors. Using the directory is free for homeowners and we do not sell your contact details to third parties. When you submit a request we pass it to contractors covering your area — that is the entire point of submitting it.

Being a paying advertiser does not get a contractor a better rating, a better description, or a competitor removed. It gets them a labelled tag and a higher position in the list. That is the whole of it.

Corrections

Ratings move and businesses change. If a listing is out of date, wrong, or should not be here, email info@concretecontractorsoklahoma.com or call (572) 867-9068 and we will correct it. Contractors who want to be listed, corrected or removed can use the same address.
